The Service includes practice questions, AI-generated feedback, story building tools, mock interviews, and progress tracking. The Service is intended for educational and practice purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not contain confidential information from employers, clients, or third parties that you are not authorized to share.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational and practice purposes only
  • AI feedback may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service
  • You should use your own judgment when applying feedback to real interviews
  • The Service does not provide career counseling, legal, or professional advice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by BehavioralInterview.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The BehavioralInterview.ai name and logo are our trademarks.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We may suspend access for non-payment

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEHAVIORALINTERVIEW.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BehavioralInterview.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BehavioralInterview.ai
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours
